Absolutely the finest tea served in Derbyshire. Lovely little teapots with built in timers to steep the top quality loose leaf tea. The service was polite beyond words, like stepping back to a time when manners had to be impeccable, and the place is spotlessly clean. Quality teacakes and the dessert cake was amongst the finest I've tasted. Prices were very good considering the high quality. A thoroughly excellent little cafe, and an hour well spent. What a lovely quirky little gem. We will definitely visit again. We popped in this afternoon and had a cream tea and a pot of tea for £5. Really unusual cafe - based on tea - loose leaf! You get a teapot with a timer on the lid so you know when to pour and a quirky little tea strainer. We loved it and enjoyed reading the frames on the wall. Do check it out if you’re in Ripley between Wednesday and Saturday. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
