Since its reopening I was not impressed. Waited 20 mins for service. Of which I had to stop the waiter and ask to get our order taken. My girlfriend and I made a simple order of 2 pieces of fruit toast that were cold and liquid butter. 4 hash browns that were cold, soggy and oily. 1 croissant that was cold and chewy. And a fruit salad with brown hard fruit, with a single strawberry still with the leaves on and a small dollop of yoghurt. All being over priced for what they were. $9 for a crappy croissant is a joke. And to add insult to Injury we waited 50 BLOODY MINUTES!!!!!!! for this simple food to arrive, and then we didn't even get a "sorry for the wait", I would have understood if it were busy. But there were only about 4 other tables being served. The only posative from my entire dineing experience there was the amazing view and and an alright milkshake. I RECCOMEND NOT BOTHETING WIYH THE NEW BLACK ROCK CAFE FOR BREAKFAST!
