Terrible food, very dirty restaurant. Plates cups forks are even dirty. Smells like a dead fish at the entry very discouraging. It’s good they had terrace seats Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Fish, Chips, Fish and Chips

Food Poisoning Alert - 4 out of a party of 7 people ended up with food poisoning after they all ate the same choice of meal at The Terrace Restaurant in London Zoo. There are no other similarities in their diet leading up to the visit. The restaurant operators, Benugo, issued a bog standard scripted email saying it didn't happen. Westminster Food Safety Team have been advised (EHO). Be very careful and if you get ill take a stool sample to your doctor for testing!!! Oh and the GF option on the menu is........only chips! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
