Delicious. My family and I had breakfast from the Toasted Bean this morning after seeing them about town a lot. It was delicious. I had the ham waffle sandwich, and it was great. The syrup added just enough sweetness and the cheese infused waffle was cooked perfectly. My daughters had the strawberry short waffle and the fresh strawberries and whipped cream were their favorite part.
Their customer service was also great. I placed a call ahead order and they called to let me know it would be ready shortly. They also corrected an error with the order quickly and professionally, which I appreciate. We will be back.

Great coffee and crepes!. I had the "Wake up Albucrepque," my husband had the waffle ham sandwich, and my kids split a strawberry shortcake waffle. We all were very satisfied with our breakfasts. We called our order in and it was ready when we arrived.

My experience was very disappointing. My latte had nearly no espresso flavor. And that was just a basic latte, no flavor syrup or anything like that. What was worse, however, was the crepes. I got the Albuquerque Turkey crepe, swapped paperjack cheese for cheddar. My biggest issue was the green chile. It tasted like it came out of a can, complete with the tell-tale sour, tinny flavor. It over powered everything else. The turkey seemed to be tasteless deli slices, and I couldn't even detect the cheddar. It was a waste of money and extremely disappointing. Needless to say, I certainly won't be returning.
