It was my 30th bday & we decided to celebrate here. Since we've never been here before we decided to give it a try. Food was ok. Let's began with appetizers. My crab cake had crab shell in it which I almost choked on. Yay. The scallops were good. The chicken was ok. I didn't like the pepper sauce and they didn't have anything else to offer us. So kinda dry. Sad. My husbands' steak he enjoyed. How about the service! Awkward is the name of it. Not good & not bad. We made reservations and specifically asked for a nice cozy table somewhere far away. Instead they gave us a booth next to front entrance. We asked to be moved. The girl wasn't to thrilled. That finally we got a good table. We had two guys as servers. One was in training. The one training was so mean & demanding. I even commented for him to chill out. The guy training was doing a way better job. Anyways, we didn't fall in love with this place. We paid ALOT for it and personally it wasn't worth it. Probably will not be back.

On a whim we stopped in. Our appetizer, blue cheese chips, had sat under the heat lights way too long. The cheese was seperating. The sampler platter was horrible. For the price i expected better. We wont be back.

Some of my friends were talking about steak places and I remembered about going to The Tree Steakhouse years ago and I was wondering if it was still open here in Jax and it still is.
