Staff is super rude and unprofessional I requested to speak with a manager and express the unpleasant experience that my friends endure no one looked for the manager I spoke with two security staff members and didn’t bring the manager didn’t tell me who it was and didnt acknowledge my concern and instead asked me to let it go because thats the bartenders personality No one greeted me no one offered any type of welcoming atmosphere or service The drinks are overly priced every staff member gave me dirty looks another thing I went to the bathroom and one of the security guards came inside the bathroom as I am sitting on the toilet to say that only one person per stall without even knowing why my friend came to assist me on female personal matter. I would rate the customer service skills a 0/5. What a shame music was good but is not worth the unpleasantries. Price per person: $80–90 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely do not go here. The staff is extremely rude and also aggressive. One of the guys, I’m pretty sure the manager, is one of the nastiest people I’ve ever met. Miami is about good vibes and enjoying life. This place does not reflect that in any aspect. Check for yourself all the comments say the same thing. You can also tell from how they reply to the bad reviews. He’s probably going to leave some weird ego comment under this one too. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely rude unprofessional staff, dirty environment, overall unwelcoming bad vibe and bad energy which in turns attracts a client base of the like. Yea the music is not bad but you’re in Miami, good music is everywhere. So yea, as a seasoned worldwide afterhours enthusiast: the trip sucks lol Price per person: $60–70 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
