** Phenomenal Addition to the YK Scene!** The Underground is exactly what Yellowknife needed. It’s a fantastic, high-energy venue that brings the community together for local arts, live music, and comedy nights. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, the staff are friendly, and they serve some of the most reasonably priced drinks in town. Whether you're catching an amazing live show, hitting up an open mic, or just looking for a casual spot to hang out with friends, this place absolutely delivers. An awesome vibe, great entertainment, and stellar service. 5/5 stars—I’ll definitely be a regular here! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went for the first time after seeing a Facebook event about a jam night - the jam was great, musicians were having a lot of fun and the music was really enjoyable. The atmosphere is really “underground” so don’t expect anything else! It can also be a bit intimidating if you’re not local to walk in there. This being said, Paige the bartender is nice. Looks like everyone knows each other. I didn’t socialize, had a beer and left. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20
