Having seen Paul Laxalt Building, it's time to have a rest at this pizzeria. You will enjoy its food, especially tasty wood fired pizzas, garlic shrimps and spaghetti carbonara. Try good Brezeln, cheesecakes and Compote. Delicious wine, craft beer or red ale are among the tastiest drinks to try. Come to The Union for great latte, tea or tonic.

There were multiple beers on tap that peaked my interest. I would like to eat here because the food looked great! The bartender was great & she was wonderful to talk to. I did think the hours were a little strange, closing at 8:30 is an odd time and early.

I really want this restaurant to be good because there are so few good restaurants in Carson city. I've tried it several times and it's just not that great. The service is very slow, probably from the lack of help. The food is sub-par.....this place is in an ideal location and should be a lot better than it is....I've tried it 4 times now and don't see any reason to go back...

I loved the Union, and when Great Basin took over I was glad to see they kept the delicious pizza and other items from the Union menu. Their beer selection is great, and it's a really fun place to hang out, chow down and/or watch a game.
