I’ve been a regular at Union Grill for quite some time, and it used to be one of my favorite places to eat and spend time with friends. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were consistently very good, and I always enjoyed coming here. Recently, I noticed a significant change in the overall experience. The food quality was not the same as before, and the service felt slower and less organized. Today orders have been delayed and many customers around me appeared to be waiting longer than usual and expressing frustration. The overall environment also felt different compared to before, and the experience was not as welcoming or enjoyable as it used to be. This was disappointing because the restaurant previously stood out as a reliable and comfortable place to dine. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving service speed, consistency, and the overall dining experience. At the moment, it does not feel like the same place I used to enjoy, and I’m unsure about returning unless improvements are made. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time to frequent this establishment. Great food for a good price. Staff is nice and friendly. They need to focus on requests (such as onions and cilantro on the side). Overall- happy and will frequent again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

WOW! did not expect such good burgers on a campus. I am visitor for a conference. I would advise anyone traveling through the area to forget about the chains you can find and stop by The Union to get a burger! delicious!
