Just moved into The Exchange building a few days ago while we wait for our house to close. Found The Union was in walking distance so we decided to give it a try and we are so glad we did! We ordered the rib tips to start and were a hell of a way to start the meal! I recommend the KC bbq and Korean bbq sauces. The wife ordered Gardener's Salad and the Lobster Fondue for her meal and had nothing but yummm to say about it. I had the Double Blanco Burger and my response was just about the same as the wife, YUMMM!
