The staff have been very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The pub itself is welcoming and has various entertainment on through the week including a fun quiz on a wednessday night. It is a short journey to Wakefield city centre and 5 mins walk to the centre of Horbury, itself a charming town. Service: 5

Budget friendly accommodation perfect for a weekend stay. Honestly I was worried that the price would reflect the accommodation but it was incredible. Clean, extra towels, good staff, big community kitchen and a nice shared bathroom. We stayed in room 2, and couldn’t hear much of the bar down stairs. The bus goes straight to Huddersfield and Wakefield. Loved the stay here can 100% recommend. Service: 5
