While humble, the place serves homey, cozy food. The broths take you back to your grandmas house, where she would you a hot soup whenever you caught a cold. Everything tasted good. In particular, I liked the shrimp curry, it complemented the rice well. I would definitely come back again for a quick bite. The Villa Restaurant without a doubt, is the most authentic Thai Asian restaurant in Saudi Arabia. I first had the pleasure of eating there back in 1999, and the flavors left a lasting impression that I still remember to this day. The food is consistently great, rich, authentic, and full of true Thai taste and the staff are always friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience even more special. It’s a place that feels timeless and comforting. I truly hope to visit Riyadh again one day, and when I do, stopping by The Villa Restaurant will be at the very top of my list.
