Rude staff (or to be precise, just one member of staff) and an unwelcoming atmosphere. The pub was very quiet, which honestly may reflect the customer service experience. I didn’t appreciate the attitude from the manager on shift, Jack, who was not pleasant or approachable. The pub might attract more customers if the staff were friendlier and created a more welcoming environment Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We used the event space at the back for my sisters Hen do for a few hours and it was fantastic! The bar staff were very helpful and kind and the owner offered assistance at every step. Highly recommend for any functions. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I always have a great time at the Volley for my craft events with the Girls Craft Club - the team are fantastic and welcoming and the drinks are delicious! Jack is especially helpful and lovely! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
