Due to obvious low turnover thinking safety, I ordered a rare t bone with chips veg and mushroom sauce. For my wife she went to the Asian menu and ordered sizzling king prawn and cashew with a side of rice.
Fresh veg. Rare Steak. very very impressed. My wife's prawns were adequate to be called King prawns.
I expect they are still going only because of the function room on the 3rd floor. Lose money on restaurant trading but make good money when a function comes along. This chef deserves better.
My veg included the stalk of the broccoli, peeled and chopped into morsels. I was not sure whether that was lousy or great conservation. It is certainly far too petty to carry on about.
