Both Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier and The Whale's Rib are recommended for visiting. Come here for nicely cooked ribs, shrimp scampi and lobster bisque if you are hungry. Tasty key lime pie, asida and fruitcake are the tastiest dishes. This restaurant will offer you good draft beer, wine or margaritas. It might be good to try delicious fresh juices, ice tea or lemonade.

Great place to have a seafood meal paired together with their specialty drink Bloody Mary with Shrimp ( mine was spicy as requested) . Tess was my server, great personality and very accommodating. I started with the Lobster Bisque, delicious and Caesar salad, then enjoyed the Seafood Combohalf stuffed lobster, scallops, oyster , dolphin with Whale Fries & tasty honey mustard sauce. Yum! Finished off with Key Lime Pie ! The owner even stopped by to ask if everything was ok! Fantastic Birthday meal. Thank you so much! Definitely plan on coming back!! PS: the parking attendant was very polite as well. A gem of a place !! The food is delicious, the service was on point and fast. The combo platter was probably under a heat lamp a little too long drying out some of the food on the plate. Also they should consider more than one non alcoholic beer. This dining experience was extraordinary from the introduction to the finale. Our server, Ashley, exhibited superb customer service skills and is an absolute delightful human being! The host (a young man with short dark hair & tan skin), was so personable and lovely. Both these staff members made us feel beyond welcome. The ambience was very cozy and the '80s music was such a joy! Overall, the value, service, and ambience at The Whale's Rib is unbeatable!!
