Customer service skills of rotten carrot! I Ordered through Uber, order was cancelled because the drive went to the wrong place. When i called the wrap to try get it sort it out thinking i could pick it up from them because on the Uber site it says contact the store but his reply "not my problem i cooked the food". Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$50–60 Recommended dishes: Meat on Chips

I ordered a vegetarian kebab, I drove 20 minutes to go to have lunch at the beach to notice my wrap was full of pork or some kind of meat. I went back to the place and the manager tried to blame me and told me that I probably ate my boyfriend kebab instead of mine, I answered that we both ordered the same and he went speechless. Nobody apologised!
