We stopped for lunch on our way up the pacific highway, it was incredible! I got the brisket toastie and my husband got the brisket burger and a coffee, definitely the kind of place I would go out of my way to go back to. Highly recommend! Waited 1.5 hours for food which they possibly had forgotten about. Super hungry after 2pm received part of our order but no burger. Asked staff - they said they could not do anything about it. We have now finished. Still no burger. Not impressed. Will not be back - 2.30 received the burger. No refund free drink - nothing. Terrible! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are sincerely sorry for your experience Katie. Unfortunately there were a few issues in the kitchen on the weekend because of understaffing due to illness. We’re investigating and looking to put measures in place to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for your feedback
