Hi-Lynnci, sorry that you were not happy with your order Saturday. Our foods are all fresh made everyday, we don't use any frozen chicken products. That is why people love our food and the food taste so fresh and good. This Saturday we were super busy and close to the end of the day, the noodles were sold out, we were sorry about it. I talked to the staff that day, they did tell me the situation and told me that he already apologized for the inconvenience and did offer you the alternatives or any free food item to make you happy. Hi-Elizabeth, I am sorry that you waited a bit long this Saturday. Our cashier didn't show up that day due to family emergency issue. We had to find someone last minute to fill his position and train him right at that day. Usually we always have at least two or three employees all the time. Please come back to try the food again.
