If you ever find yourself at The Goose on Old 54, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar—specifically wherever Brittany is working. Brittany is the perfect mix of fast, friendly, and effortlessly funny. She somehow manages to keep drinks flowing, conversations going, and the whole bar smiling like she’s running the place on cruise control. I’m pretty sure she can spot an empty glass from across the room with the precision of a fighter pilot. Not only are the drinks spot-on every time, but she’s also got that rare ability to make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Great energy, great service, and just the right amount of sass to keep things entertaining. Honestly, if Brittany ever takes a night off, I might just reschedule my plans.
