The downscale staff is the only thing that can spoil your evening at this restaurant. Disappointing service is something that visitors would like to improve here. As a number of guests state, inflated prices are not the strongest point of The restaurant. The uncomfortable atmosphere can't attract many users.

They don't serve food for half an hour despite it all being ready. So mean, after we spent the night in A&E with a sick relative. Going to McDonald's instead

So many issues with this restaurant! Firstly, your opening times state 7am-6pm.... so when people are waiting 20 minutes to be 'allowed' to order, is disgraceful! As I'd missed the closing time the previous day, I made sure I didn't miss out the following day. I hadn't had a hot meal for days due to the severity of my visit to the hospital. When I arrived at the counter, the staff were muttering and laughing, while looking at me! I finally asked them what time they are serving,to get told 12! This was at 11:40. All the food was out but they refused to serve! The staff were incredibly rude! Even though I was still polite to them! When I found the till to pay, I said hello to the cashier and she completely ignored me and carried on talking to the other cashier! Sort yourselves out! It's a hospital and not exactly where anyone wants to be. If you don't like your job, leave and do us all a favour! Miserable bunch of self centred people. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
