Highly recommended for their sandwiches. Yummy... They have free water. The staff are friendly. It was a bit stuffy when we came in - almost closing time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love sandwiches and when I want a good sandwich that I know will satisfy my cravings, I come here to Theresa's or order online. I love their egg drop sandwiches, they're delicious and filling. I also loved their salad bowl. Coffee and juice were okay. I also like the other items that they sell in their bakery. They have free wifi. The downside is their AC, I don't think it's working so it's hot inside the space. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Our go to place for an early morning coffee and a spanish latte at the afternoon. P.S. chili cheese dog is a must try.
