So we decided to go out to this place to play some pool as my son turned 18 and this is what he wanted to do,upon arrival my sis in law and son went up to the place and my wife and I followed, the security guard on duty ( foreign national ) asks my wife is she's pregnant ( she has a bit of a belly) but definitely not pregnant and we answer NO ! ..he continues to harras us with the same question asking her how does she know she's not ,if she was we would have known idiot and wouldn't want to visit a place of that sorts especially that none of consume alchol and just wanted ny son to enjoy his night.,she felt so embarrassed and we just turned and left,my sis in law and son then called us to find out were we where and explained what happened and they then left.( Thanks for spoiling his night) Is this how customers are treated especially those who are a bit big on the belly. Big people stay away from this place ,as the will embarrass you in front of people. NB : GET GUARDS THAT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! AND TRY INSTILL MANNERS AND EMAPTHY IN THEM ! Second time in 6 months we got our phones stolen outside your place!! I am warning everyone this places parking lot is a robbery zone .. please be careful .. keep phones in pockets when ordering an uber Price per person: R 200–250

I recently visited Thirsty Fox to celebrate a birthday, but the experience was marred by an unfortunate incident. A bouncer approached a family member and inquired if she was pregnant, and subsequently made inappropriate comments that amounted to body shaming. This behavior was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. When I brought this matter to the attention of the manager, regrettably, no action was taken to address the issue. Such disregard for customer comfort and respect is concerning and should not be tolerated. It is my hope that by sharing this experience, the management will take steps to ensure all guests are treated with dignity and professionalism in the future. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
