This is definitely a nicer location than the one in Tacoma but the food is not as good as the original Tacoma restaurant. Not sure if it's because of different recipes (for different customer demographics) or cooks not at same level as the original restaurant, the food - especially the bbq duck - tasted more bland. Hope they will improve to be more like the one in Tacoma. So excited that Tho Tuong finally opened in Seattle! Everything tasted just like the location in Tacoma, which made me so happy because the flavors were really authentic and consistent. The drinks and food were all really good overall, and the employees were super kind and welcoming during our visit. A few small feedback points: the service could be a little more efficient during busy times, and some of the food came out colder than expected. I definitely wish the dishes were served hotter because the flavors were there, just would’ve made the experience even better. Overall, still really happy to have them here in Seattle and I’ll definitely be coming back!
