I don't usually leave reviews so keep that in mind. Overall, we made great new memories with our young kids during Spring Break. However, small things kept happening throughout our 3-night stay that made it less fun. It didn't feel very organized or prepared for Spring Break. PROS: Coffee always seemed available in the lobby. Fun waterpark. Decent temperature in the water. Quite a few places to sit and set our towels. Hot tub inside and outside was cool to do during the cold weather. It was nice to have some amenities for the kids, like the lazer room (it took us a while to figure it out) and the game room (even though some of the games weren't working and the vending machine to claim prizes ended up eating all our tickets). We stayed in a villa/cabin. It was a great size for our family. We stayed in the 600s so it was walking distance to the office and waterpark. If and when we needed maintenance, they seemed to come through. But ran out of towels, etc. CONS: Our cabin definitely needed some TLC and housekeeping. Yet we had to report all damages, etc within an hour so that we wouldn't get charged. Our TV was stuck on 1 channel until we googled some troubleshooting options and figured it out. Most of the lifeguards were wearing shirts that said Attendants. So they kind of watched, but there were a lot of loose rules in the waterpark. We tried the main restaurant once and never returned. It took us about 2 hours to get seated and served with our kids. The ice cream place stopped serving ice cream one day because they ran out. The customer service was lacking just about everywhere and they were understaffed. The worst was Thursday night of Spring Break. No one at the snack shack could serve me a drink. Then their system completely broke down. I went to the restaurant and couldn't buy a drink because they were understaffed. Their bar ended up closed that night for the same reason. The one nice person at the front desk took me into the dark bar to get me a beer from the cooler. Lol. The location of this resort was a little tricky too. Nothing to do nearby. We made the most of our stay but probably won't be back for a while. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly

Neither the water park nor restaurant was open. After spending close to $700 for the one night and only receiving a $56 refund not counting the huge disappointment her grandchildren had endured is worth spreading the word to anyone even considering booking a stay at Three Bears Resort in Warren, Wi Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5

Had a large group so we stopped in after swimming, was told we had to either be there in 10 minutes or wait until 830. We went to the rooms changed and were back down within minutes, when we got back to the restaurant the host did not take our name so she did not set the reservation. Once seated the waiter did not come to the table for 15 minutes finally came and took our drink order and did not return for another 10 minutes with drinks (adults were served kid cups). The waiter took our order on his handheld and then disappeared for 45 minutes, did not return until he was tracked down and asked to please fill glasses and was asked about food, he then said our order was just now going in (1 hour later). We did not order anything complicated (kids mac n cheese, grilled cheese, and meatloaf) the food came out an hour and 20 minutes after being seated. The grilled cheese only had cheese in half of the sandwich & the meatloaf was hard, burnt Salisbury steak. When we finally got the bill prices were wrong and we had items on the bill that did not belong to us. When I went to the register to have the bill fixed I asked for a manager the lady at the register started she was the manager, after explaining the situation she said well I guess I can take 10% off the bill, I did not take the discount and explained that communicating with the customers while behind would probably be a better choice than ignoring the tables. The table next to us sat down, waited 15 minutes for a waiter and then finally decided to leave.

3 of the adults in our group have been waitresses for 10+ years so we understand when things get crazy but lack of service and completely ignoring a group who made a reservation is not good for business. A simple apology would have gone a long way in this situation but we did not receive that from the staff.
