Good wings. Young servers. This is an institution in Atlanta and the wings are consistently good. This corner has a good number of chicken wing restaurants. Three Dollar Cafe stands out as the one where you can get table service and a pub atmosphere. I'm in and out of here every few months and was here with another couple recently. The food was good, but not anything outstanding. The gal had hot wings and loved them. The guy had the fish, which was ok for him. In particular, I like the lemon pepper. The server was young, cute, slow and spacey. That hasn't changed much over the years. It's not my favorite chicken wing place, but several of my friends really like it.
