Management has been informed several times but no use. Coffee cup is always dirty. Staff are very rude with no manners. Especially that one named Serge...AVOID.

I go to three elephants almost on a daily basis for studies or hanging out. Today i was told by the waiter to lower my voice cause I was "annoying him" and he had been at work all day and he couldnt take my friends and I's voices talking anymore and asked us to change places. When I told him he was being rude and that I had intentionally sat in the NON quiet zone and that I was gonna leave because of his behavior he proceeded by saying that he didnt care if he lost customers or not.... I then asked for the manager's number which he also didnt give me ...... So disappointed as its usually my go to place and I now feel unwelcomed lol
