Wow just wow. I had a brown butter sage latte which was so good, I always love when you can actually taste coffee in your drink! But I also had a spicy chick pea toastie. This was the most flavorful and tasty thing ever. I absolutely loved it! I highly recommend this item. This alone will bring me back to the coffee shop! Coffee Shop No. 422 Acola Coffee Company Columbia, MO September 27, 2024 On this busy day I had a 90 minute time frame to visit a coffee shop in Columbia, MO. I had to be particular about the coffee shop I chose because I only had time to visit one shop. This was a very difficult task because there are so MANY coffee shops with high ratings in Columbia. I narrowed my decision down to who I thought had the most plants in their shop. I like plants a LOT, but just not as much as cortados. Acola Coffee Company is delightfully beautiful. The wood trimmings, accents, the greenery, the natural light and large black framed windows bring a sense of peacefulness to a very busy cafe. Columbia is a college town so Acola was packed with students; some studying solo, others in a group and many just chilling. The environment Acola created is perfect for just about any task.
