As a resident of M Harborough I don’t write as someone who has booked rooms at the Three Swans Hotel, merely someone who popped in for a couple of pints on a sunny day and enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard lapping up up the summer sun. I was impressed by the atmosphere of the place and the little nuggets of history that line the walls in and around the bar. Such friendly and accommodating staff, I observed some excellent customer service from my vantage point. Having read some reviews I have discovered that staff, although young, can be quite nice and chips are served with.....salt!! Good for the hotel to publish all reviews good or bad. It’s great to see that common courtesy, good service and a sense of humour still exist in places like the Three Swans. I’ll be back soon.
