Family run business but the chef has experience from Europe so the quality is really excellent for the Thai dishes. Authentic food but with subtle touches that you appreciate. We were regular customers at the Three Chefs restaurant during our visit in Hua Hin. I had the opportunity to savor one of the finest onion soups I've ever tasted in my life. The dishes are truly exceptional, both Thai and European cuisines. The owner and staff are exceedingly friendly. We will certainly return on our next visit to Hua Hin.
