Austin H provided amazing customer service. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and explained each mini game clearly and thoroughly. He made sure everyone understood the rules and was always happy to answer questions. Thanks to his positive attitude and enthusiasm, I had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the entire experience. Austin went above and beyond to make the event fun and engaging, and his excellent customer service made a lasting impression. I would be happy to be assisted by him again in the future.

Austin H had really great attitude and was really nice at helping me understand the rules of lazer tag, and he was very patient when I was trying to learn how to play the zombie lazer game. He makes me existed to come back to thrill factory with his good customer service.
