Regarding the location, our hotel is strategically situated for quickly reaching both Padua and Venice, as well as the industrial area, as clearly indicated on the main booking platforms and online maps. We are sorry that some aspects of the room did not meet your expectations. We would however like to inform you that the hotel is currently undergoing a progressive renovation program aimed at improving the comfort and functionality of the facilities. Regarding the tea and coffee set in the room, the initial amenities are offered as a courtesy welcome set, while additional refills are subject to a small supplement. As for the air conditioning, the system was in the process of seasonal activation during the period of your stay.
