Room was nice and bed comfy. Parking is £7 a day if you can get parked, car park gets busy. Good location for city centre. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

Rooms were clean, and spacious. We had an issue with the key card on arrival and the replaced it quickly for us. We stayed here for my partner's graduation, and the location is a good spot. Walking distance to most of the town, but not on the main high street etc so was not too noisy. Had dinner there on the first night. It was your normal having a meal in a hotel experience. (1 family member reported that her burger and bun was quite dry, but we were ordering towards the very end of service so this may have had something to do with it.) We used the iron and ironing boards available. And the in room amenities were all in working order. (Family drink quite a lot of tea and coffee etc and needed to replace their in room milks, however the hotel had ran out at the time and were waiting for more to arrive in the next order, but we're happy to provide fresh glasses of milk, until the delivery came later). Had breakfast both days. They helpfully put a sign in the lift suggesting busier times etc. The vending machine in the foyer did not seem to be working properly. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Hotel room was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and polite. Dinner was decent and the breakfast was an all you can eat cooked buffet. Only slight negatives were that my ground floor room was absolutely freezing when I arrived and took a good few hours to warm up to a comfortable level, the wifi was rubbish and the mobile signal wasn't great. A colleague stayed in a room on an upper floor and didn't have the same issues though. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value
