Staff friendly Room clean Bed comfortable Big put off, Bedding and towels smelt like pure grease! I don't know if they was previously stored beside the kitchen or near the extractors for the kitchen, I thought it was the bedding to start with but the towels where the same. Horrible fried bread smell Food was ok , I just had dinner. Wasn't great to be fair. Just ok Overall 3 out of 5 Service: 4

The room i was in, was the old style. Comfortable, but had a damp smell to it. The staff are exceptional. I stayed for an extended time due to my old man having an OP at the chest and heart hospital. Unfortunately he didnt make it. The staff where incredible, from when we arrived to when we left. They helped and supported us in every way they could. Exceptional.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel was not clean by anyone's standards, the rooms were musky and beds smelt musky, floors sticky and filthy. The restaurant was dirty and grubby.
