Tiffanie bakeries lose quality from year to year. I used to take a fougasse for lunch on the slopes, which I no longer do today given their quality: the honey from the honey goat is poured and burned on the sides, there is more bread than garnish... The tradition is a brick past midday. They even managed the feat of overcooking a Savoy cross which became crispy! You are losing customers!
