I have emailed the store but havent received a response. I dont like to provide a poor review as they've previously been great but their standards have clearly dropped as of late. The main contents of my email was as follows: My partner and I have been ordering from you for some time. Generally we love your food and look forward to the occasions where we order from you. This evening we had company and made a large order. The food was at best unsatisfactory on this occasion. Firstly, the food arrived lukewarm which is of course less than ideal. However, of more concern was the considerable drop in quality of most of our dishes. For example: - the lamb sali was bland and lacked any discernible heat or spice. The lamb also appeared to be overcooked - the chicken balti was very light on chicken and was also bland in taste - the tarka dahl was essentially just water with some garlic and lentils in. It was not the usual thick and full experience at all. My partner and I have both said that if we hadnt had much better quality food from yourselves in the past there is no chance we would order from you again. I do think that next time we order, we may try elsewhere. I do not expect much action from this feedback but I thought I would let you know. I should have expected poor food when the person at front desk was eating a subway. Having ordered the Tiffin Rasoi For 2 - i waited for over 45 mins. Food was okay - a little oiley to be fair. I didnt mind being asked to pay in cash its Just i was expecting better :( esp for the price. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: £10–20
