A very disappointing experience. We went in with moderate expectations based on past reviews, but the experience fell far short. Right from the start, the items we wanted was unavailable on a Saturday evening. We were advised to try the chicken tikka instead, so we went with that. The ordering process requires you to order and pay at the counter upfront, which also prompts you for a tip before any service begins or before you’ve even tasted the food, which felt odd. We ordered tandoori momos and chicken tikka with tandoori roti for a light meal. Despite being the only two customers dining in, the food took about 40 minutes to arrive. It seemed like Uber Eats and DoorDash orders were being prioritized over dine-in guests, and we had to follow up ourselves to check on the delay. We were told the wait was because the chicken was being prepared fresh, but when the food arrived, the chicken tikka felt underwhelming and lacked authenticity. The Momo’s were burnt on the side and for a bill of around $40, the overall experience didn’t justify the cost. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.
