Do not go away without tasting tasty ice cream. Delicious draft beer is served at this place. You will be offered good ice tea.

Today was the first time I visited your establishment and it was not crowded at all. It took 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence, but I heard the wings were great, so I waited. The girl politely informed some items were no longer available that were on the menu and that they needed new menus. I gave her my order and waited. She politely informed after about 25 minutes that they had run out of to go boxes and were trying to get some. So I waited. After about an hour I was handed my food and the guy started to walk away, I told him I had not paid yet. he went and told my server and I waited yet again for at least 10 minutes for her to ring me up. The bill she gave me did NOT match the prices on the menu and I was charged a debit/credit card fee that I never knew would be charged. The manager told me she was sorry that they had to charge me that fee and were in the process of trying to find a new CC service that didn't charge a fee, after about 5 more minutes of waiting. She then told me she couldn't do anything about the price difference on the menu to what I was charged but would be happy to give me a gift card. Why would I want to return after such lousy service? When I politely informed her I would not be a returning customer she replied have a good evening sir. Not a thing, or apology for anything other than the unknown fee. I personally feel the price difference from menu to actual charge is fraudulent. I plan to write this same thing in a review.

Food is good. Service today was good but those at my table will not be back.More than one server said they get lots of complaints about no WiFi. The lunch crowd today was 4 tables, a 10% capacity?Business people who lunch in the middle of the day need to stay in touch via WiFi in a building that does not have good cellular service.This was their contribution to my review:It used to be no shirt, no shoes, no service.Nowadays, if a restaurant chooses not to provide free Wi-Fi, it's no go.Just found that to be the case here at Tilly's in Eustis.Hard for busy working people to make connections during lunch.Can't come back.— at Tillie's Tavern & Grill.
