We had the worst experience here at Tilted Kilt. We got here at waited 20 minutes before she came and got our drink order. We were actually ready to order but she was so busy paying attention to another table she walked away. 15 mins layer she brings our drinks and just walks away. Didn't even give us a chance to say we r ready to order. Another table that got sit next to us 10 mins after got their food and drinks...Finally I was like ok this is rediculous. Luckily my son's friend Andy that works there asked another waitress to get our waitress...guess what she was NO where to be found. The waitress that was Off the clock was nice enough to take our orfer and kept apologizing. Finally we ate and still our waitress no where at all. My husband asked for a Coke from a waitress... Finally she come out! By this time I am so not enjoying my food. We were ready to go and yup no bill! Finally its 8 and I ask for a manager. He comes and tells me he's been busy with the draft system went down and he has been trying to fix it...but does say oh we've been getting a lot of complaints on her and apologizes to my husband and myself. I told him if it wasn't for Andy and the waitress that was already off the clock...we would of left! The manager gave us 25%off..this wasn't about getting a discount or whatever..it was about NIKOL poor service. I would of rated this 1 star but because of Andy the waitress off the clock and manager being helpful and food was good.. I have it 2 stars. So if you go to Titled Kilt and get NIKOL ask for another waitress!

If negative stars were possible, they would get -10. Absolutely the worst dining experience in memory. Inconsiderate staff, poor food quality, and filthy facility. Went in for dinner. Did not have high expectations to begin with as it's a sports bar. Restaurant was empty. 2 other diners beside myself. Service was frozen syrup slow. Fried pickles looked nothing like the pics in the menu and were soggy. I ordered a burger and salad. Requested NO TOMATOES and explained thoroughly to the waitress why. Long story short, a rushed trip to the hospital. Didnt eat more than about 6 bites of my salad. Didnt touch the rest, but guess what, still had to pay. Thank you Tilted Kilt for your fantastic experience.
