The people seem very nice but the order is always wrong. Today, I ordered an egg pastry, they stated they didn't have those. Even though they continue to flash a picture of it on the menu board. Then I asked for a chai latte, they gave me a black coffee. Of course, I didn't realize it until I got home. I can't even call to complain because they don't give you a receipt unless you specifically ask for one. Most days, I order a turkey club no bacon, and they always mess it up. either they give me extra bacon, or they take the turkey away. I love Tim Hortons, but not this one in particular. It's just convenient because it's the closest one. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
