Actually had to ask for a cup holder after ordering three hot drinks. Staff handed me two through the car window and stared at me (presumably?) expecting a third arm to grow and take the last cup.
On another occasion I ordered a hot tea, the drink was filled so full to brim that when I parked up to take the lid off it spilled all over my legs and over my car. I could not believe how full they had filled it! So incompetent, and the only reason this was not a bigger issue was that the tea was also stone cold. So, silver linings.... Honestly could not get over this.
In-store service is quite slow also. I could see my order ready sitting there behind the counter for a long time before any staff came over to call my number and allow me to collect it. Would have been 10x quicker if I could just reach over and grab it myself, and get out of the staff's way.
Have also got orders wrongs for me and family members/friends too many times to be overlooked.
Something needs seriously changed.
