I don't usually write reviews, but if I could give this location zero stars, I would. Out of all the Tim Hortons locations I've visited, this one in Acheson is by far the worst. Every single time I go there, something in my order is wrong. It's almost like making mistakes is part of the job. There always seems to be at least one item missing, made incorrectly, or not what I ordered. The first few times it happened, I laughed it off and didn't think much of it. Everyone makes mistakes. But when it keeps happening over and over again, it becomes frustrating and unacceptable. At this point, it's ridiculous how often they get orders wrong. Management needs to either retrain the staff or hire people who can consistently do the job properly. Considering this location has only been open for a few months, it's not surprising to see its rating sitting at 3.5 stars. After my experiences, I completely understand why. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service because right now it's one of the most unreliable Tim Hortons locations I've been to. Reply to Message bellow: With all due respect, what is the point of contacting Guest Care if nothing is going to be done? If Tim Hortons truly wanted to address these issues, changes would have been made long ago based on the many negative reviews and complaints that have been posted for months. From what I've seen, people keep receiving the same response, yet nothing actually changes. Because of this experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, I also cannot recommend it to others. Thank you for your response, but I no longer have confidence that my concerns will lead to any meaningful action.

Every time I come here for an iced latte, they tell me their machine is going through cleaning. Three times now, different days. Stopped going to this location. Winterburn is the best location.

Showed up at 9:30 for lunch as I work nights. They changed their hours so they close at 10 pm and I was told they couldn’t make me a coffee or anything to eat.. I was offered what was left in the donut display.. no thank you! I will not be going to this establishment again and I will be letting everyone at my place of work know about this experience recommending that they also choose a different place for lunch.. (400 people just on nights) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
