Visit this restaurant to try nicely cooked doughnuts. Come here and have great iced coffee. According to the visitors' opinions, the staff can be disorganized. Probably the worst Tim's in edmonton. Their workers are incompetent, they can't follow simple directions on orders. I've given them a few chances on different items just because they are the closest to me but without fail . Every single time... they mess it up. It's comical at this point. Food: 1 Service: 1

Steve has zero customer service and should be fired immediately. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received at any Tim Hortons. My husband and I went in to get breakfast, placed our order and left. We thought that everything was ok until we got to the car. My husband noticed that they got his breakfast sandwich wrong and put bacon instead of the sausage he asked for. I ran back in quickly cuz we were running late for work. I approached this Asian guy who was just standing at the till. So I approached him and told him that they got my order wrong and I wanted them to fix it. He decided to ask me if I picked up the wrong order. I was like no, because everything else in the bag was right, it was just the one sandwich. He was very rude talking to me and decided to basically just shoo me to the side pointing with his hand for me to basically just go to the side. I was so shocked but i decided to give him a benefit of the doubt and I said excuse me? He then shooed me again pointing with a very rude demeanour and attitude like I was some animal or something. I was so shocked I couldn’t believe it. I asked for the manager they told me the manager was not in. I told his co-worker to give me the manager’s phone number and I asked for the guys name cuz he didn’t have a name tag. The co-worker was so reluctant but she hesitantly wrote down the Asian guys name. His name is Steve. I told him that his customer service is horrible and shouldn’t work in this type of job. I have never ever been treated this horribly. I will never ever buy from this Tim Horton’s location ever again. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
