Absolutely ridiculous service. There are people lined up everywhere, and the wait is insanely long. Some customers are literally leaving without their orders because they’re tired of waiting. How is this acceptable? The staff needs to move faster and management seriously needs to hire more people or have more ACTIVE staff during busy hours. This isn’t a small delay — people are standing around forever just to get a simple Tim Hortons order. If you know you’re going to have a huge lineup, DO SOMETHING about it. Customers have places to be and don’t have all day to stand around waiting. Very disappointing experience. Management needs to wake up and fix this.
