Regular employees are great, but they have no idea how to train new ones in basic customer service/ conflict de-escalation. Also pretty rude to leave new employees without supervisor/manager assistance on evening shifts. Their attitude sets the entire interaction, and when one of them fails to meet the standards of the others (And what Tim Hortons corporate demands as basic employee skills), they need to be set straight. Watched a ridiculous interaction tonight where the employee lost a long time local regular, and everyone he shares his story with. Put aside your pride and leave your attitude at home, or find another job. It's going to be a rough industry for you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today Saturday at around 12:30 pm, I bought one medium coffee with 1 milk at the drive-thru. The coffee cup was only half filled, which was disappointing. Also, the older woman working at the window was rude. I hope customer service and quality can improve. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

Service was fast, pleasant and correct. Staff seem to work well together and thanked me for coming. Defiantly be back soon Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Have allergies and they helped get me a meal I could eat.
