I’m sitting in the parking lot typing this. Came to this location to get lunch and do some computer work. An employee exits the restroom, sees me heading towards it and unlocks it for me. I go in and first toilet is filled with excrement. The second one has urine and a bunch of toilet paper. I try to flush it so I can use it but the handle doesn’t work. I walk back to the counter and tell the same employee that unlocked the door, “Your restroom is filthy.” She says, “Yeah.” and continued working. Are you kidding me? “Yeah,” is all you have to say? As an employee WHY would you still be using a gross, unflushable restroom and WHY the hell would you unlock it for a customer to go in there?! Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I will never return to this location and deeply regret purchasing my food before seeing the restroom. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The bagel I got is not remotely toasted or warm, the cheese on my sandwich is not melted, and somehow it still took 10 minutes to get our food. I absolutely will drive any distance to go to a different Tim Hortons besides this location. 0/10 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

Good enough, fast enough, cheap enough. Convenient location. No BS staff, they might not smile at you, but they keep it moving during the morning rush.
