I am very disappointed with the service at your branch. I ordered a large chili soup but was given a regular size instead. I drove all the way there, and when I called, the only response I received was “sorry.” I expected a better solution after making the trip. I even told the manager I would leave a bad review, and her response was simply, “Okay.” That showed a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i ordered plain croissant with some customization which i usually order from every other location but the staff here refused to grill my croissant stating they are not allowed to GRILL PLAIN CROISSANT. the guy said he can grill pinch croissant but not plain croissant which sounds very stupid. After getting my refund i went to another location which was just 5 minutes away and they did everything without any questions. Service: 1

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to, They’re so busy trying to be fast in the drive-through they never make your order correctly Wasting your time. And the food is always made like garbage cause they’re trying to make it within 30 seconds like just make the order properly. I don’t care if it takes a little bit if I get what I ordered. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
