I recently visited this location to place an order for work and needed 80 Timbits, packaged in boxes of 10. The kind employee who helped me went above and beyond to make the process easy. She made sure I received the best price by applying the available bundle deals, which saved me nearly $10. She also took the time to package the Timbits into eight separate 10-piece boxes instead of larger bundles, exactly as I needed. Her thoughtfulness and excellent customer service made the experience so much easier. Thank you so much—I truly appreciate your kindness and effort! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

No complaints about the employees service and the wait times are decent enough. I do agree with past reviews regarding the quality of their coffee which often tastes burnt or watered down. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their bagels, cutbacks are understandable but this is ridiculous! I asked for herb and garlic cream cheese and what I received was a dry bagel with barely a dusting of cream cheese on the one side. I have tried to address this several times directly, I have paid extra for double cream cheese and still it was dry, ive gotten refunds or had the bagel remade. If I am paying 3.50 for a bagel I do not expect a dried out paper weight. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3

I recently visited the Tim Hortons in Sage Hill NW near Calgary Co-op and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Loaded Breakfast Box with sausage, but after receiving my order I realized the sausage was missing. When I returned to have the issue corrected, the employee handling the situation escalated what should have been a simple customer service matter. Instead of resolving the mistake professionally, the interaction became heated. I requested a refund to the card I had used for payment, but the employee insisted on providing cash instead. During the discussion, the employee abruptly shut the drive-thru window on me, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. Mistakes with orders can happen, but how they are handled is what matters. I would like management to review this incident and address the customer service concerns. Customers should be treated respectfully when bringing forward legitimate issues with their orders. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
