I placed an order on the mobile app and when I got there I was told that the machine was turned off by one employee. Then I was asked if I wanted something else I asked for a refund. Another employee came and asked what I needed and then tried to tell me I can’t get a refund. The first employee came and said that she would issue it kindly. This location never has anything in stock and the employees are typically rude to their customers. I don’t plan on going back to this location again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons today. The person who attended us around 8:00 PM was not friendly at all and was quite rude, especially because we do not speak English very well. We felt uncomfortable during the interaction. I also asked for the receipt, and she did not give it to me. I had to take it myself from the machine. Good customer service and kindness make a big difference, especially with newcomers or people who are still learning English. I hope this can improve in the future.
