There are 5 things i wanna put here so that everyone knows HOW BAD this place is in terms of service and ATTITUDE: 1. They’re Deliberately low on stock Yesterday we went here, and they told us bluntly “We dont have it here!!!!” 2. They cut you off at the drive thru The driver was going to order wraps but the drive thru supervisor kept cutting him off. So rude! 3. They make their tea scolding hot The driver couldnt even drink the tea in full because of how hot it was 4. Drive thru service FIRST OFF YOU DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT JUST GRAB TISSUES CRUMPLED LIKE ITS TRASH AND HAND IT TO THE DRIVER! SECOND! THE DRIVE THRU ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR KEPT ARROGANTLY PUSHING THE ITEMS TO THE DRIVER WHO CLEARLY WAS TRYNNA BE EFFICIENT AND HANDLE THINGS ONE AT A TIME! 5. No customer SERVICE When we were going, the drive thru supervisor just slammed the window on us and said BYE. In my friend’s store, that attitude wouldve gotten you scolded Tims was great, WAS. Now I’m starting to doubt if tim hortons is actually the mascot of canada’s coffee THIS IS THE 4TH TIME IVE BEEN TO THIS LOCATION! AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT I SEE AND HAVE EXPERIENCED EACH OF THE 4 TIMES!! Also. They handed me a crumpled cup! They rushed the iced capp too Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Neha, a customer service rep. Was rude as I was in line waiting. She asked what in rude way. She is telling 20 or 25 seconds but not upto time frame. Customer Service is very poor. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
