Unfortunately the worker in the window was extremely combative. I ordered a medium iced cappuccino with a shot of Carmel. They charged me for and made me a large caramel churro iced capp. At the Window I explained that wasn't my order and no worries I just needed one without the added whipped topping and cookie crumbs. I was then told but that's what we charged you for? I said it was fine that I paid more I just can't have the whipped topping and cookie that's why I ordered a medium iced capp with a caramel shot. He then spent 3 minutes arguing with me that next time I needed to be clearer with my order. The woman working behind him was even raising her voice telling him to stop, and that she messed it up, and I was fine to just give me the replacement drink still in his hand. I finally said stop talking and just give me my drink. Needless to say after 3 solid minutes of being lectured about how to order my drink we are not happy. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

The one star for atmosphere is due to the ladies bathroom. It is so dark in there and the toilet paper dispenser was installed in such a way my hand got jammed between it and the door. My finger is sore and bruised. I strongly suggest you move it onto the other wall or at minimum move it to the right several inches. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with the manager’s? (old white lady) attitude at the Tweed Tim Hortons. She was rude, dismissive, and spoke to us in an accusatory way when we politely asked about replacing a coffee. The way she handled the situation was unprofessional and unnecessary. Customer service really needs improvement here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
